Feng Shui.

Full consultations for homes and businesses require a 20% non-refundable deposit. This allows Lady Woowoo to secure your appointment and complete the necessary prep work prior to her visit. The full amount must be paid the day prior to your consultation or the appointment will be cancelled.
Partial consultations (e.g. individual rooms) require full payment upfront. If you need to cancel your appointment, you will be charged a 10% fee and refunded the remaining amount. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded.
Appointments may be rescheduled at any time. Please provide as much notice as possible.
All personal information gathered as part of your Feng Shui consultation is strictly confidential.
With your consent, photos will be taken during the consultation to be included in the final Feng Shui report. These photos will not be shared without your consent. If you agree to share these photos for marketing purposes, personally identifiable information will be removed.

Bookings for video readings may be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost if you contact Lady Woowoo at least 12 hours prior to your appointment, or within 12 hours in exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies). No refunds will be offered once the appointment is complete. For missed appointments, a 10% rebooking fee applies.
Prebookings for readings at special events (e.g. markets, fairs, etc.) are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. No refund will be offered if you cancel within this time frame. Bookings may be rescheduled if there is availability or transferred to an online booking.
All information that is shared during readings is strictly confidential.
