The journey.

Join Lady Woowoo’s Dream Iwi!

Every four weeks, we will meet online to explore the world of dreams!

Each class includes:

  • A special topic: Each lesson will build on the last, starting with the foundational skills required for a strong dreaming practice, through all the different uses of lucid dreaming—and beyond.

  • Discussion & questions: You will have time to connect with other members of the iwi and ask any questions you have.

  • Homework: You will be given a special task to complete each month (plus a bonus one if you smash it!).

  • Closing meditation: Each lesson will finish with a closing meditation to prep you for a full night of dreaming.

You will also gain access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with the iwi between classes, ask questions, and receive tips and tricks!

Classes will be held four-weekly on Thursdays from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm AEST.

  • The best methods for recording your dreams.

  • Waking-state activities to help you remember your dreams.

  • How to interpret dreams.

29 May: Baby Steps to Lucid Dreaming.

In our second month, Lady Woowoo will walk you through the initial steps to develop waking consciousness within your dreams. This includes:

  • Different methods to achieve lucidity.

  • What to do once you become lucid: how you can initiate ordinary or otherworldly experiences, have fun, and even improve skills—all while sleeping!

  • How to maintain consciousness and increase clarity within dreams.

26 June: Healing the Body.

In July, you will learn how to apply energy-healing techniques within the dream to achieve better health. This includes:

  • Releasing unhealthy habits and removing subconscious blocks to a healthy lifestyle.

  • Calibrating your immune system to handle illness and allergies.

24 July: Healing the Mind.

As we enter the second half of the year, things will go a bit deeper. Lady Woowoo will teach you how to:

  • Improve self-image and self-worth.

  • End unhealthy thought patterns.

  • Release negative feelings such as stress, anger, and sadness.

  • Asking to receive a sign in your dreams.

  • Meeting your spirit guides.

18 September: Release the Past.

After a short break from our healing practices, we will go deeper again to release any past trauma that may be holding us back from bliss. This includes:

  • Letting go of childhood conditioning.

  • The three-step process to release deep trauma.

  • Bypassing the ego to unlock true forgiveness—for yourself and for others.

16 October: Soul Exploration.

October is all about understanding yourself at the most fundamental level: the soul. To do this, Lady Woowoo will be teaching you how to:

  • Meet the light and dark side of your shadow to discover your true potential—and what may be holding you back.

  • Explore past lives: the different expressions of yourself throughout time and the places you’ve lived.

13 November: Expanding Consciousness.

Our last lesson will be all about testing the limits of the dream—and exploring beyond it. This includes:

  • Testing the limits of what you perceive to be possible.

  • Dream meditation to expand the consciousness.

  • Exiting the dream to explore different realms of reality.

Your guide.

Lady Woowoo had her first lucid dream when she was 19.

But it was only many years later, while exploring altered states of consciousness, that she started to experience them regularly.

Now, with a daily dream practice, she has been able to:

  • Receive guidance and premonitions of the future within her dreams.

  • Unlock true forgiveness and let go of past trauma, PTSD, and nightmares to lead a blissful life.

  • Meet her higher self and her shadow.

  • Learn about and explore past lives.

  • Travel beyond the dream into the astral realms.

Most people think of lucid dreaming as an accident—something that isn’t meant to happen. That’s what Lady Woowoo thought when it first happened to her. But, as she discovered, lucid dreaming is a skill that can be learned like any other. Now, her wish is to share this wonderful tool with others so they too can heal and unlock their true potential!

 FAQs

  • A lucid dream is a dream in which you know you are dreaming while the dream is happening.

It is a tool that can be used to improve any aspect of life—because anything is possible within dreams.

Some common uses of lucid dreaming are:

    • Healing the mind, body, and soul.

    • Accessing intuition and universal wisdom.

    • Increasing your sense of presence during everyday life.

    • Practising and improving skills.

    • Meditation and other spiritual practices.

    • Exploring sexuality and being intimate.

    • Having fun!

While you are asleep, your subconscious is wide open. When you become lucid, you are able to jump right into this altered state to create positive and lasting life changes.

  • Everyone dreams and everyone can experience a lucid dream if they follow the correct practice.

However, becoming lucid is not integral to taking part in this quest. Even if you don’t become lucid, you will still be able to gain all the benefits of having an intentional dream practice. Some of my most profound and healing dream experiences took place in non-lucid dreams.

  • Meetings will be held online via Zoom at 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm AEST, every four weeks starting 1 May.

After the meeting, a summary of the lesson will be emailed to iwi members and posted to our private Facebook group, where you will be able to connect and receive updates throughout the month.

    • A dream journal. This can be either an app such as DreamKit or a physical journal. If you're sharing a bed with a special someone, I recommend using an app to minimise disturbance—they won't appreciate you switching on a lamp in the middle of the night to write down your dreams!

    • You may want a separate notebook to take notes during class and create dream plans, however, a lesson summary will be emailed/posted after each meeting.

    • An eye mask (optional). Eye masks help to isolate you from your surroundings, granting you deeper sleep and more dreams. This is especially important if your room gets a lot of morning light.

  • The great thing about lucid dreaming is that you do 90% of the work while you’re asleep!

Outside of our monthly 90-minute meetings, you will want to spend ~10 minutes each morning recording your dreams in a dream journal.

You can then spend as much time as you like exploring the waking-state practices Lady Woowoo will teach you and engaging with the iwi.

  • Yes. All lessons will be recorded and sent out to iwi members following the class.

It is recommended that you attend the class to get the most out of this journey and to engage with other members—but life happens. If you can’t make a session, it’s no worries.

  • Iwi is the Māori word for tribe.

The Māori culture has a long history of using dream walking as a spiritual practice.

Lady Woowoo is a member of the Ngāti Hine tribe and honours the history of her people by exploring dreaming practices and sharing them with others.

  • Dream Iwi bookings are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.

    All Dream Iwi members must:

    • Be courteous and respectful.

    • Maintain members’ privacy.

    • Honour each other’s unique experience of reality.
